Salary:
- Basic Salary: €930.00
- Bonuses:
- Night Supplements: €60.00
- Personal Assessment: €110.00
- Working Saturday: €24.00
- Initial Bonus: €100.00
- Total Gross: €1,224.00 (approximately €1,020.00 net)
Work Schedule:
- 3 Shifts (8 hours each):
- Morning Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
Accommodation:
- Provided by the employer in Zavar, divided into apartments:
- Two-room apartment: Accommodates 4 people
- Three-room apartment: Accommodates 6 people
- From the first month, accommodation costs €6.00 per night
- A one-time deposit of €50.00 will be deducted from the salary. If no damage occurs during the stay, the deposit will be refunded to the worker.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control and packaging of components and parts
- Launching new projects and expanding production
- Performing simple production operations
- Following work instructions for simple tasks
