Salary:
- Gross: €5.43 per hour
- Starting salary: From €1,236 gross per month (approximately €900-950 net)
- Salary after the probationary period: From €1,309 gross per month, including a variable component (approximately €950-1,000 net)
- 13th and 14th salaries according to the collective agreement
- Additional bonuses (e.g., €500 for the birth of a child, €150 + gift basket for work anniversary)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organize work on the machine, oversee product quantity and quality
- Operate fiberglass cutting equipment
- Check the quantity and quality of used coils, unload coils onto warehouse shelves
- Replace worn-out parts of production equipment as per employer’s instructions
- Handle and package products
- Perform loading and unloading operations, especially with cargoes weighing more than 15 kg (finished coils)
- Weigh and label finished products, use the weighing program
- The position is designated as Knitter-Cutter-Packer in the employment contract
